Note:
- In Any module, the first step is Select Instance (Project).
- The Microsite Configuration Module allows administrators to create and manage customized websites for users. These microsites serve as a portal where users can perform essential tasks related to examinations, such as registration, logging in, filling out application forms, and accessing important exam-related information.
- If you are updating any thing related to form creation, you will have to update and publish the microsite.
Steps to Configure Microsite
- Select a Template
- Choose a pre-designed template that fits your requirements for the microsite layout.
- Add Logo
- Upload the organization’s logo in the required format (JPG or PNG).
- Define Website Colors
- Customize the color scheme of the microsite by specifying:
- Primary Color
- Secondary Color
- Heading Color
- Text Color
- Label Color
- Error Color
- Success Color
- Button Color
- Info Color
- Footer Color
- Add Favicon
- Upload a favicon to represent the website on browser tabs.
- Set Language
- Use the language(s) configured in the Language Instance Module.
- If multiple languages are selected, input website details for each language.
- Add Website Text Content
- Fill in the following fields:
- Header/Title Text
- Banner/Title Text
- Address Text
- Footer Text
- Phone Number
- Email ID
- Footer Logo
- Enable Features Using Toggle Buttons
- Separate Menu for Posts: Toggle to display a menu specifically for posts.
- Remember Password: Toggle to display the "Remember Password" option on the login page.
- Terms & Conditions: Toggle to show a "Terms & Conditions" link.
- Font Sizer: Toggle to enable font resizing options.
- FAQs: Toggle to display a Frequently Asked Questions section.
- Add Social Links
- Provide URLs for the following social media platforms:
- YouTube
- Add Important Links
- Include links for:
- Terms & Conditions
- Privacy Policy (mandatory)
- Copyright Policy (mandatory)
- Help Section
- Configure Menus
- Define the structure of the microsite by adding menus such as login, registration, and other information.
- For each menu:
- Provide a name.
- Add a logo.
- Define the content.
- Enable Captcha if required for specific menus.
- Choose Website Flow
- Stepper: Use a step-by-step process for user navigation.
- Single: Use a single-page design for streamlined user interaction.
- Add and Update Menus
- Click Add Menu to include additional menus.
- To modify existing menus, click Update.
- Preview the Website
- Before publishing, preview the microsite to review the design and content.
- Publish the Website
- Once finalized, publish the website. The URL of the microsite will be generated and available for use, as defined during the client setup.
