Note: 

  • In Any module, the first step is Select Instance (Project).
  • This module is used to create and manage the application form required for an examination.
  • After creating the form, you must publish it and then publish the microsite. Once published, the microsite will be accessible through the URL specified during the client creation process.

The Candidate Application Forms module allows administrators to manage application forms for candidates. You can create new forms, edit existing forms, preview, and publish them. This module is primarily used for managing the application process in online examinations.


  • To Access the module, go to the Candidate Application Forms page from the navigation panel.
  • The overview page displays a grid of available application forms with the following details:
    • Form Title: Name of the form.
    • Application Number: Unique identifier for the form.
    • Status: Published or Draft.
    • Last Modified: Date and time of the latest changes.
  • Actions available for each form:
    • Edit: To modify the form details.
    • Duplicate: To create a copy of the form.
    • Delete: To remove the form.
    • Preview & Publish: To review and publish the form.

Creating a New Form

  • Click the "Add New Form" button in the bottom-right corner.
  • A side panel titled "Form Details" will open.
  • Fill in the following details:
    • Form Title: Enter the title for the form.
    • Client Code: Enter the client-specific code.
    • Length of Application Number: Define the number of characters for the application number.
  • Click the Save icon to create the form.
